Health care for my Dad

My father, is in need of Urgent extra care. 
Hospice does the best they can, but my sister and I are the ones who share the workload. 
His cancer is in its later stages, and he is at “high risk of sudden death” as the doctors say. 
This has been going on since November 2017, in and out of different hospice buildings, resulting in him wishing to come home and be comfortable. 

My sister and myself barely sleep and it is difficult to keep balanced in other areas of life with work and other loved ones. 
We are raising money now to be able to hire “extended care nurse” to come and help out while we need to be away either at work or sleeping. 

The workload has become too much and we cannot be a burden to any of our friends, by asking for their help, unless they are highly skilled caregivers. The company we chose is very well respected, and We hope that hiring a nurse will help us find a balance and give my dad the level of care and help he needs in his final days.
