OurSunshine Shanetta Dixon

On December 29th 2017 Our Sunshine was stolen. The unexpected passing of Shanetta is a tragic shock and loss to our family. Shanetta had a smile and a laugh that spread sunshine to all. No one had a laugh like hers. Shanetta had a beautiful voice. She loved to sing praises and edify the Lord. One of Shanettas favorite songs to sing was "His eye is on the Sparrow". She was currently furthering her eduction by attending nursing school. It was a long journey but she loved to assist others and was passionate about health services. Shanetta took so much pride in becoming a nurse by always keeping her scrubs crisp and clean and always wearing her stethescope. She was on track to graduate in just a few months. Shanetta was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, neice, cousin and friend. As her baby brother would say "Shanetta is the toughest, pretty girl you'll ever know." This account was created to help with Shanetta's Homegoing Service. If the Lord blesses your heart to give it will be greatly appreciated.
