Our Sister needs help!

Dear friends,
As we all know our sister and friend Lucy has had a series of emergency medical procedures and setbacks that have kept her away from home and in the hospital since September 4, 2018. Because of her serious condition, she has been at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Angel, her husband, and her family have been with her throughout this very hard time.
All who know Lucy and Angel know that they are dedicated to each other, and even more dedicated to their ministry and those in need. They have been an example of love, honesty, compassion and hard work-even in hard times. They have been known to help others selflessly and are always willing to lend a helping hand.
Angel has been by Lucy’s side every day, sometimes making multiple trips a day from Lowell to Boston to either be with her for a few hours or to drop off/pick up Lucy’s sister at the hospital while he attends to ministry responsibilities and to attend to their son Juanito. As we can all imagine, the expense of the trips, the parking in Boston, the need for food sometimes three times a day/every day and other unforeseen expenses in these situations make a financial impact. We have created this page to come together and help them. While they have not asked, we know they can use the help.
This is a time where we can all come together and help our brother and sister with the same compassion and selflessness they have shown and continue to show others through their work in the Lord. We ask that you help with a donation and by sharing this cause so that others may donate. Above all, please continue to pray for Lucy and her family.

Como todos sabemos nuestra hermana y amiga Lucy ha enfrentado una serie de emergencias medicas que la han mantenido hospitalizada desde Septiembre 4, 2018. Por su condicion critica, ha estado en Tuft Medical Hospital en Boston. Su esposo Angel, y su familia ha estado a su lado durante este tiempo difícil.
Todos los que conocen a Ángel y Lucy saben que están dedicados uno al otro, y aún más dedicados a su ministerio y a los que tienen necesidades. Han sido un ejemplo de amor, honestidad,compasión y trabajo arduo- aun en tiempos difíciles. Todos sabemos que siempre están dispuestos ayudar y dar la mano al que la necesite sin reserve.
Angel ha estado al lado de Lucy todos los dias, aveces dando múltiples viajes diariamente de Lowell a Boston para estar a su lado por algunas horas o para dejar/recoger a la hermana de Lucy con ella; en lo que atiende las responsabilidades ministeriales y a su hijo Juanito. Como se imaginan, el costo de los viajes, el costo de parquearse en Boston, la necesidad de comprar comida, y tantos gastos inesperados causan un impacto financiero. Mientras que no andan pidiendo, sabemos que pueden usar la ayuda.
Este es el tiempo donde nos podemos unir y ayudar a nuestros hermanos con la misma compasión y generosidad que ellos han mostrado con tantos. Les pedimos su donación y que comparte esta página para que otros puedan donar. Más que todo, le pedimos que oren mucho por Lucy y su familia.
