Advocating The Bering Sea Rule

I am raising money to advocate the Bering Sea Rule pattern recognition technique that I use in long range forecasting.  The University of Missouri and I are currently researching this breakthrough and we are planning on attending various weather conferences around the United States for peer reviewing of our long range forecasting method.

The money will be applied to travel expenses like registration fees, transportation, hotel, meals, along with marketing via business cards and booklets for one conference at a time.
