TYPESETTING, PRINTING, PACKAGING, POSTAGE, WAREHOUSING, RESEARCH & MANPOWER:
The approximate production cost per book (including postage) is likely to be US$10-15 net (maximum) and this includes editing, typesetting, printing, warehousing, packaging, postage, research and manpower. The aim is to complete printing and warehouse 1,000 copies by end October 2017.

Alternatively, if you know someone in USA or UK who owns a book printing press and can provide a competitive quote for a Bformat book which is 129mm x 198mm in size, that would be great; If you know someone who can handle "book warehousing, distribution and the supply chain" in USA or UK, this would also be helpful. While there is a cost advantage printing out of China but postage costs to the US/UK will wipe out those gains.
