Mebane, NC Schools Lunch Deficits

Operation Wink started in 2014 as a day of good deeds including collecting donations for Eastern Alamance's negative lunch balance. Each year it has grown because of the generosity of our community, friends and family. Last year, Operation Wink raised over $3,000 paying off/down all 6 Mebane schools negative lunch balances. By alleviating this debt, it not only helps the kids themselves, but it also frees up each school's general funds to be used as intended - to buy supplies, books, etc. instead of covering the burden of the negative lunch balance at the end of the school year. Please consider donating and specify which school you would like to designate for your donation:

- Eastern Alamance High - $600 goal
- Woodlawn Middle - $850 goal
- EM Yoder Elementary - $350 goal
- Hawfields Middle - $300 goal
- Audrey Garrett Elementary - $500 goal
- South Mebane Elementary - $1,300 goal
