I am running a local fundraiser, called Opeartion Pizza, where local pizza restaurants are donating a percentage of their proceeds on Veteran's Day to help the Vernon, NJ VFW.
The Vernon, NJ VFW, Wallkill Valley Post 8441, is in need of our help. Due to hookup and connection fees owed to the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority, totaling $46,000, our local VFW will be forced to close it's doors if it can not pay.
Can't get to Vernon, NJ on Verteran's Day to participate? You can still help!
Buy a virtual pizza for $12 (or any amount) between now and Veteran's Day - November 11, 2015, and the funds will be used by the Vernon VFW to help defray thoses costs.
