Help little Amanda avoid blindness!

I am starting a Go.Fund.Me campaign for the niece of my husband, Amanda, who is a sweet young girl aged 5 who needs urgent cataract surgery to avoid blindness in one of her eyes.
Amanda is a remarkable kid who in her short life has faced an unbelievable amount of adversity with great courage. She lost her mother at the age of 6 months to a brain aneurysm and her father then wanted nothing to do with her or her 2 sisters :( It was then left to her grandma (so my husband's mother) to look after her and her 2 sisters (this after raising 9 kids of her own!) in the eastern part of Nigeria. I had the privilege of meeting Amanda when she was a 3 year old and she's a smart, charismatic kid who made a big impression on me in the time I spent with her. I believe she deserves the chance to be able to see and live a fulfilled life!
The family live in modest conditions, however rely on the help of others to assist with basic care that we would take for granted - especially in the case of unexpected health issues! Unlike in more privileged countries, in Nigeria there is no subsidised heath care system and Amanda can therefore can only get this much needed surgery and post-surgery care if others can chip in to pay for the cost of the surgery and post surgery care. The total cost of the surgery plus post-surgical check ups is 2,000 EUR. She requires surgery in the next 2 weeks. I would therefore be hugely appreciative of any donation - however small - to help us achieve this goal.
