Open studio for Autism employment

Adults with Autism experience 85% unemployment, this leads to isolation, mental health issues, marginalisation & reduced life expectancy. 

These individuals are capable of and want to be employed; to make a contribution to society & to provide for themselves. They only require society & companies' to provide them with minor accommodations, these will facilitate their entry into the workplace where they are often one of the most productive employees.

Vocational roles, in which training and employment go hand in hand are ideal for integrating Autistic adults into employment. Inyoni Bay is seeking to open a permanent, professional Motion Graphics studio, firstly in the west Midlands where young adults with Autism will train and work alongside experienced professionals on real client projects during a two year course. 

At the completion of the course they will be employed within the studio and will work and help to mentor the next group of participants.
