Only something a teenager would do

I ruined my moms vacuum by cleaning up vomit.  Yes you read that right I was trying and I mean trying to get to the bathroom and come on we all know it’s not easy and we’ll it happened.  But I thought after waking my mom at 3am that I would clean it up and I googled and saw the directions but at 330am I read it wrong and was suppose to use a “carpet cleaner” which in my defense we didn’t  own (but do now) and I tried but just didn’t do a good job so went to bed thinking all good.  My mom saw it the next morning and you all know that didn’t go over well.  So vacuum needs to be replaced and stairs professionally cleaned.  So please help a “duh moment” teenager out who doesn’t have a job is very involved with school sports and overall a really good kid.   Come on you know you’ve had one of those OMG I can’t believe I did that and can relate....... I’ve started earning money doing odd jobs so not changing amount needed for vacuum but will donate any excess money to make a wish
