Online Counseling Support Funds

Every week I hear from people who are reaching out for help during some of the darkest moments of their life. They are kids being bullied, teenagers in despair, disabled people who are in pain, elderly, veterans, single moms, men in despair, survivors of sexual abuse and assault, people questioning the worth of their very lives...often housebound, without insurance, or without any access to therapy where they live.  I've heard from young girls desperately trying to cope with newly arranged marriages, boys who are being beaten, veterans unable to cope with coming home, elderly people feeling abandoned, so many stories, so much opportunity to help.  I work with people all over the globe so I hear from people all over the world.  Many would not even reach out for help if not for the availablity of online therapy and counseling.  Each week I do pro-bono work, and I offer as many discounts as I can, but I'd like to do more, even to create a site for this purpose alone, and to engage other counselors in helping too.
