A tragic loss to the city! We all have lost a angel, but our family has lost a son, brother, grandson, cousin, and love one to many. The family in need of support going forth with Onjeray’s homecoming and respecting his final wishes. A memorial fund has been set up for Onjeray Deveraux- Hale to assist with funeral expenses and starting his youth football scholarship in his honor.
