Hey, One Night Stand Theater fans! We are pleased to announce our 2018 season, and we're asking for your help as we plan for the year ahead.
One Night Stand Theater produces unique, limited-run theatrical productions that are built around diverse themes and incorporate material from both classic and new dramatic and literary works.
COMING UP IN 2018 …
All shows February through October are held on Sunday nights at 7 p.m. at Vintage Theatre, 1468 Dayton St., in Old Downtown Aurora, Colorado. Our Denver show takes place at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood.
Feb. 18: “LIFE IN THE THEATER”
April 15: “ONE NIGHT STAND IN HEAVEN AND HELL”
June 3: “AROUND THE WORLD WITH ONE NIGHT STAND”
August 5: “INTOXICATED”
October 28: “A ONE NIGHT STAND HALLOWEEN”
December TBA: “IN THE WORKS IV”
This year we will enter our 9th season. If you like what we do, and would like to see us continue, here is how you can help. We are seeking donations to assist us with the following:
- Keep our ticket price at $10 per show ($5 for season-ticket holders)
- Give our actors, guest directors, and authors a raise to $20 per show (from $15)
- Continue paying rent for Vintage Theatre’s large auditorium
- Explore the possibility of offering One Night Stand performances at a second location
- Pay author royalties for short professional pieces that would go great with our theme
- Continue to provide our large-size, easy-to-read-in-the-dark program
Since our inception in 2009, we have survived ENTIRELY on ticket sales and donations from our board and patrons ... and we are so very grateful. Please consider making a donation, and share this page with anyone who loves the quirky, unique theater experience that One Night Stand is famous for.
