Ollie Emergency Surgery
Donation protected
I pulled Ollie from a southern shelter where she had a rough start. She suffered from mange along with a variety of other skin issues. Since coming to Buffalo she’s fought chronic skin & urinary issues.
Yesterday evening she became lethargic & quiet which is not at all like her. She was taken to the ER where it was discovered she has free flowing fluid in her abdomen, not blood, but urine. They will not know for sure where the rupture is until they open her up which is happening as we speak (Sunday evening). As we all know Orchard Park Veterinary Hospital is expensive, & our only option if we want to give her the best opportunity to recover. I feel partially responsible since I brought Ollie into my parents lives, & while I don’t regret it for one second, I would like to be able to help them by taking some of the financial burden off their shoulders.
