Correctional Officer Charles “Chuck” Cisneros was involved in a major car accident on Saturday, February 2, 2019. Chuck was put on life support. The medical staff attempted to provide life saving measures but, on Sunday, February 3, 2019, he succumbed to his injuries.
Chuck was was not alone, he was supported by his entire family and so many fellow Correctional staff members. We are all devistated by this sudden loss of our brother.
Chuck began his State career with the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation on November 27, 2006, where he began Basic Correctional Training. Chuck worked at Mule Creek State Prison from March 17, 2007, until he transferred to the California Health Care Facility on August 19, 2013.
Chuck was well liked and maintained many loyal friendships with both staff at Mule Creek and CHCF. Chuck always came into work with a smile and positive attitude.
Chuck leaves behind a 19 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
