To market, to market to sell...
Oasis Life Care is all about caring for the women and vulnerable children (450+) in Kantalomba Zambia. We want to see them eat regular meals, get an education, have access to proper health care and learn skills to help them earn a living. To do this we have a 12 hectare farm where we are growing vegetables and fruit and starting a small chicken farm. We have to get vegetables and chickens to the market to sell over a 2 kilometre stretch of road that is currently impassable in the wet season and doing lots of damage to the current front wheel drive van ( that has seen better days) in the dry season. We desperately need a 4 wheel drive dual cab ute - it would make a huge difference. The funds raised from purchasing this will ultimately help us feed and educate the kids. The aim of our farm is to help these people reach a level of self sustainability. The funds are needed before the rains start again in November. The funds will go directly to Oasis Life Care Ministries (OLCM) Zambia. Oasis Life Care Ministries Australia Inc works to support the work of OLCM Zambia.
