Shoes for Winter

Hello, my name is Kat, and I have Klippel Trenauney Weber syndrome. One of the symptoms of this is that my feet are oddly shaped and oversized, so I need orthopedic shoes.
I have tried to apply for ODSP but due to my ability to work they will not fund me for my shoes. They are extremely expensive, ranging from $3,000 to $4,000 after taxes. I am also a new mother to a beautiful baby girl and I am on maternity leave, so there is no way that I can afford new shoes.
I am asking for help because winter is coming, and my shoes shown above are in rough shape. I've had them three years now, and they are the only pair of shoes I own. They are falling apart and have had rough patchups done, but come winter they will fall apart. Please help me get a pair of shoes. I set the goal higher in the hopes that I may be able to get a few pairs of shoes, and then I'll have shoes to last me a while, or maybe a pair more suitable to winter as well as a summer pair. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated, and all the money is going towards the cost of shoes and the cost of the appointment to order them. Thank you!
