Please Support The NYVPA

This crowd funding campaign has been set up to help raise resources for The NYVPA .

NEW YORK, Oct 9, 2017 – Since 1891 the New York Veterans Police Association has been out front, supporting Law Enforcement and raising awareness of the important role they play in preserving law and order.

Their membership consists of police (both active and retired) from a broad base of Law Enforcement Agencies including City, State, Local and Federal.

Unfortunately, Radical Forces in our Nation have the police in their sights. Dallas to Dearborn, Louisiana to Las Vegas these Radical Forces have shown America they are willing to assault, attack and even murder our police.

While these forces continue to push their agenda that America is evil and the police are the enemy, Law Enforcement continues to help citizens victimized by crime, disasters and chaos.

No other radical event captures the heroism of Law Enforcement than the tragic mass shooting in Las Vegas. While America watched in horror as victims ran for their lives, it was our brave police and first responders who ran into the kill zone to help.

Even after this incredible display of bravery, anti-establishment forces continue with their disgraceful “kneeling protests” designed to further disrespect and dishonor our police, our Nation and our flag.

Please STAND with the NYVPA and contribute what you can! Show your support of Law Enforcement by making a Tax Deductible Donation to this great organization.

Your contribution provides The NYVPA with the resources needed to promote and support the incredible service our Law Enforcement Professionals provide.

Your contribution helps The NYVPA provide needed support of fallen officers and their families who have made the ultimate sacrifice preserving law and order.

In addition, your support helps The NYVPA provide local youth with positive and empowering PAL sports programs.

These programs help bridge the growing divide between young people and those in law enforcement. In addition,  they provide young people with a healthy outlet where they can find structure, mentorship and development of their athletic abilities.

“It is unacceptable that communities have lost sight of the important outreach these programs provided Law Enforcement, they give local Police the ability to interact directly with young people in a positive and friendly setting.” states Lou Telano , President of The NYVPA.

The NYVPA has partnered with BCBA  an All-Volunteer Non-Profit Youth Organization established in 2004 which has been operating a successful youth center since 2004, now in Copiague, NY.

"I couldn’t be more pleased to be working with Lou Telano and the New York Veterans Police Association. I believe we share a common mission, empowering youth through well mentored and properly coached sports. Like the old adage states, if you keep kids in sports you’ll keep them out of courts. A physically active kid who is both confident and in shape is less apt to fall between the cracks and into delinquent behavior." said Ray Bettinelli, Director of BCBA.
