NYC Ovaherero/Nama Genocide Case

Donation protected
The Ovaherero and the Nama people are victims of the first 20th Century Genocide committed by Imperial Germany from 1904-1908, through written exterminations orders issued by Germany. It was a state-sanctioned crimes against humanity, carried and directed from Berlin, Germany. The Ovaherero and the Nama people have filed a complaint against Germany in a New York City Federal Court, seeking Restorative Justice. Arrogant, mighty Germany has done everything legally available to her, through the Hague Conventions, to frustrate the victims, who have spent their meagre resources to twice travel from Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa to New York City, only to have their day in court denied by mighty Germany. The funds raised will be spent on hotels, meals, and transportation for the Ovaherero and Nama delegations who will be traveling from Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa, for the next court hearing, scheduled for January 25th, 2018, in New York City. The funds will only be spent on the delegations coming from Namibia, Botswana and South Africa. A total of 30 persons are coming.  Germany is a powerful country, with powerful friends. But in America, we are all equal under the law. It is hoped that people of goodwill will find it in their hearts to help the Ovaherero and the Nama people face Germany in the court of law. No donation is too small.
