Nurse Darla Needs Help
A friend to humans and animals alike, Darla needs your help.
Some garbled words led to a brain scan that determined Darla had a 2" brain tumor. Sadly, her insurance is lacking because she took a break between nursing jobs. (3/21/18 Found out Darla has insurance! Update in comment section below.)
Born and raised in Ohio, Darla became a traveling nurse. After working several assignments in Deming, NM, Darla decided to become a "Demonite". She fell in love with the weather and the people. One day into her new full time job with Mimbres Memorial Hospital, Darla was given the news of her brain tumor. How could this be? Just 52 years old.
Long story short, Darla and her family are in need of donations to help pay medical bills, etc.
The good news.... Darla had her surgery and the tumor was removed in full. She is recovering much quicker than anyone could possibly have hoped for. It's going to be a journey of patience and physical therapy, but Darla is strong and her friends and family expect her to have a 100% recovery and return to nursing where she can continue to give of herself and get back to her favorite hobbies, dogs and golf!
