Marching Band Sousaphones

We are "The Sting Machine Marching Band" from Union, South Carolina.  Our program holds a long tradition of great bands that work hard to serve our school and community.  Our students deserve to recieve scores based on their performance.  Instead, we lose points at contests because some of our equipment is old, out of date, and in poor condition.  The most immediate need that our program currently has is sousaphones.  Our current sousaphones are in terrible condition.  At contests, our players get called out by every music judge for playing out of tune when actually the instruments themselves will not play in tune with each other.  Two of the horns are so old that parts cannot be purchased in order to repair them.  One of our sousaphones is even held together with duct tape!!  We would like for this fundraiser to go towards the purchase of three new sousaphones.  These new sousaphones would be good quality horns and would last for many years to come.  We would like to purchase these horns for this current season and would love to have them as soon as possible.  The purchase of these horns would mean the world to our students.  They work so hard to be perfect for every performance at football games, parades, and band competitions that they deserve to have good quality instruments.  We would be so thankful to recieve your help in making this purchase a reality for these students.  They are truely deserving!  Thank you.
