Insulin pump

I have been type 1 diabetic for 22 years and am starting with complications due to difficulties managing blood sugar levels. An insulin pump would improve control of blood sugar levels immensely and in turn allow me to live a full and healthy life. An uncontrolled blood sugar will lead to any number of comlications.
Loss of vision, poor circulation leading to gangrene and limb amputations, liver and/or kidney failure as well as many others.  I am mum to 2 amazing boys and want to be able to be here for them for as long as possible, please help me make this dream come true.
