As part of a development project in Ghana, West Africa, a plan was made by The C.A.Norman Group to build residential, commercial, and educational facilities. Due to the economic down-turn of 2008 those plans have been delayed. However, the unfulfilled need and promise of a "Vocational" school in the village of Miacho (Prampram Township, Ghana) remains a pressing regret...
The plan for the school was to offer "state-of-the-art" technical training in the areas of AUTOCAD drafting, Type V Construction methods, Professional Business Computer skills, and much needed Village Urgent Care Nursing skills to poor/disadvantaged young men and women in Ghana.
(The plan and design is now being expanded to include an entire floor devoted to the "Africaina Health and Learning Facility & Clinic".)
Our goal, with your assistance, is to fulfill that promise and: BUILD THAT FACILITY.
To this end: We are asking you to help us raise money for 15,000 blocks to build the Stadium View school located in the villiage of Miacho, (Ghana, West Africa). We are asking everyone that reads this request to help us by making a donation to purchase a "BUILDING BLOCK". Even a purchase of 1 BLOCK is appreciated and puts us one block closer to our goal!
The donation requested for (1) block is $2.00 and will be GREATLY appreciated!!! (Donations should come in any multiple of $2.00)...
Additional Information:
* A donation of ($100), (50) blocks will get your name included on the "Plaque of Donors" which will be prominently placed at the school.
* A donation of ($200), (100) blocks will get your name included on the "Plaque of Donors" - PLUS a Sterling Silver "AFRICA" pendant.
* A donation of ($300), (150) blocks or more, will get your name at the top of the "Plaque of Donors" - PLUS a Solid Gold "AFRICA" pendant.
This journey of 15,000 Blocks depends on donors with a caring heart and a desire to help our West African Brothers and Sisters.
