Non-Party Run for US Congress-AZCD4

Trying to run for office and make a change in the status quo is almost impossible; I want to bring a voice of reasonableness to Congress to help solve our nation's problems. The barriers to anyone without big donations, like crooked corporations' dollars funneled through PAC's, are almost insurmountable. The national government doesn't even want me to register unless I have spent $5000 and the state limit is $1100! My entire campaign will probably top out at less than $2000 by election day in November 2018. My issues of debt relief, prison overcrowding, drug rehab. over jail, home solar boosting, increased local funding, healthcare, common person tax relief, diplomacy first foreign policy, and protection of seniors' standard of living don't excite big donors. My large rural district, Arizona Congressional District 4, stretches 400 miles north and south as well as 300 miles west and east at the largest bulges. Thus, I will need money to start to visit some of this large area ($285 for lodging, gas, and I'll pack my meals). I allocated another $300 for ad materials like mailings, bumper stickers, and small yard signs.
