Mission Trip To Kenya
Jesus ' last words to His disciples and to us today are, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen (Matthew 28:19-20). It is the Great Commission.
For this purpose, I humbly solicit your help.
My name is Aubrey Duncan and I was addicted to crack cocaine for more than twelve years. It was in the middle of that addiction that someone introduced me to Jesus Christ. My life has not been the same ever since. My story from crack to Christ is truly one of God's Amazing Grace. Because of what He has done in my life, I am compelled to share His love and mercy with all I come into contact with. My desire is to obey His command to go to the uttermost parts of the world to share the Good News of His love through His Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ.
As His ambassador, I feel the call to go and share the Gospel with the people of the nation of Kenya in East Africa. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial resources to answer the call; but I trust that God will move upon your heart to help. Therefore, I humbly ask that you sacrifically support me in sharing the love of Jesus with the people of Kenya.
Preaching of the Gospel is the greatest passion of my soul. I know that what He has done in my life, He will do for the people in Kenya. I want to share my experience with them so they too will come to experience the joy of living for and with Jesus.
Your generous contribution will help to bless thousands. Many are thristy for His salvation and will perhaps hear the Gospel for the very first time. You can help fill their thirst.
The basic cost of participation in this mission is$3200. Additionally, funds for additional meals, equiptment, and miscellaneous expenses are needed. The trip begins on Feburary 27th and ends on March 20th. The deadline for providing the funds is January 22nd. Please give now to help me reach someone for God's kingdom.
