Nikko's Spanish adventure

I am headed to Spain to pursue my passion in food, and begin to fulfill my lifelong dream of traveling the world. My home base will be San Sebastián, where I'll be working in fine dining. Though this is a dream come true, I cannot be monetarily compensated for my hours, which is common in the industry, but will provide a hurdle nonetheless.
