Nicole Hightower Family Support

On January 4, 2018 Nicole Hightower, one of Synchro’s key employees passed away. A few weeks after we celebrated her fortieth birthday on May 26, 2016, she was diagnosed with acute leukemia.
Nicole began working at Synchro in 1999 after she graduated with honors from the Texas A&M School of Architecture. Synchro was the only job she ever had. She was dedicated, an over achiever, a multi-faceted talent on whom we all came to rely. Her considerable talents included architecture, accounting, human resources and anything Synchro asked from her. She was family.
A vibrant person with remarkable energy, her infectious laugh and ever present humor kept all of us at Synchro going through the good times and bad. Nicole’s cheery spirit, her charisma, will always be found in the hallways of our building. She was an inspiration to anyone who knew her.
Nicole left behind three young children Kaleb, Sarina and Kaden. We would like to give everyone the opportunity to offer support to their care. All proceeds from this site will go directly to her mother, who has been named guardian of the children.
