Hi all
Some of you know I underwent open Heart surgery in June 2018 and had a double valve replacement a lovely friend of mine Jemma also went through open heart surgery 4 weeks later but sadly did not make it through :(
Jemma was a beautiful happy loving caring person who had the most infectious smile & loved by everyone who knew her ❤
In memory of Jemma and to raise awareness of Heart disease we have decided to as friends family and community to take part in the Llanelli Half Marathan in April 2019 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation ❤
