It has been hard to get a hold of Senator Cassidy, hasn't it?
Calling his DC or LA offices is fruitless - it currently says voicemail is full. During his Facebook Town Hall meeting, he was able to cherry pick the questions that left him unchallenged.
That is not what a representative democracy is about.
So, let's get his attention and let him know that we are paying attention.
Will you contribute to a full or half page ad?
We all have many questions, but what I think we should focus on is Steve Bannon's appointment to the National Security Council.
In my opinion, the ad should read:
Senator Cassidy,
We haven't been able to get in touch.
Several events since the inauguration concern us, but one thing is really sticking out:
Doesn't Bannon joining the NSC concern you? Why are the Joint Chiefs and Director of National Intelligence no longer on the principals’ committee?
We are counting on you,
