Newlywed & Family Battling Cancer & Financial Ruin

My name is Dennis Freeman, and I would like to tell you about my friend and former employee, newlywed Rand Scott Wagner.
Rand is a devoted Husband to Evelyn and loving Father to three children ages 10, 12 and 18.
Rand worked for me at the Car Dealership I manage throughout his diagnosis and Chemotherapy treatment . He stuck it out until he just could not work anymore.
I watched and admired him as he fought through 12 hour days, working outside during the worst winter conditions, all while suffering through the side effects of his Chemo, including through Exhaustion, a compromised Immune System and the extreme and Painful Sensitivity to Cold, and always with a smile on his face. Rand is a Warrior, but even warriors need help sometimes.
Rand is a tough man and a very talented guy. He is an Athlete, Baseball Coach, Accomplished International Musician, Gourmet Chef, Great Loyal Friend and a Self Employed Business Owner for over 23 years.

It gets better. On January 8th, 2018, Rand married the love of his life, the beautiful and wise Evelyn from Ecuador, in a beautiful ceremony in Key West, Florida.
Now here comes the hard part.
At 58 years old, when many men start thinking about whether to collect their Social Security early or not, and just 10 months after his wedding, Rand went to the doctor for what he thought was constipation, and was diagnosed with advanced Rectal Cancer. Rand is now in a fight for his life. He is under a month away from losing everything.
Rand has throughout his life given his money (including to GoFundMe campaigns), and even more impressively, Rand has repeatedly donated his time to those in need and to worthy causes, including giving up his own Christmas with his family to bring Christmas Joy to Children with Terminal Cancer, years before he ever got his own Cancer diagnosis. He has also fostered many abused and abandoned animals over the years.
Rand has been an Angel for those less fortunate, and now Rand needs an Angel. Rand's family has been devastated financially by his Cancer and is teetering on the edge of homelessness. He needs our immediate help to take care of his Wife & Children while he focuses on the his treatment, his surgery and his recovery.
Rand is unable to work due to his condition, the mounting Side Effects, his depressed immune System and his pending Surgery. All of this will prevent Rand from working for at least another 6 months, perhaps longer. His need is real and it is urgent that we help him now.
We have lowered the goal amount to $20,000, which will be used exclusively to support the family throughout Rand's treatment and recovery. This includes basic necessities like rent, food, utilities, car expenses/repairs, clothing, health insurance for his wife and kids, and if successful, we may raise the goal amount to help pay off some of the mounting medical bills until he can get back to work, but the most important need is to keep a roof over his head so that he can keep his family together and avoid becoming a ward of the state.
Rand wants to be there for what's truly important for any parent, which is to see his kids grow, get married, and to live long enough to complete the cycle and meet his grandchildren, and he really wants to grow old with Evelyn. That's what this campaign is all about, and you can help make a real difference in this family's outcome.
