New Mom in need of Dialysis

Hi everyone!

I want to introduce you to the strongest woman I know! My sister Jacky was diagnosed with lupus at the tender age of 19. She has had a few flares since then but nothing that she can’t handle. Jacky graduated with honors from USF even after all the obstacles her way. Her goal of become a doctor was that much closer
On July 15,2019 she gave birth to a very healthy baby girl. Unfortunately, her health did not improve after birth.

Jacky has spent the last 4.5 months on a steady decline health wise. Her kidneys have taken a beating and on November 26 it was determined she has end stage renal disease. 

This was a huge blow for everyone in our family as we want nothing more than Jacky to be healthy for her new role as a mom. 

As a family, we made the very hard decision to have Jacky move from her home state of Florida to Nevada where her Immediate family lives. This was a drastic move that needed to be done right away as time is of the essence with this disease. 

Jacky quit her job and took a plane with nothing but a carry on bag to begin dialysis treatment in Nevada where she and her daughter have a bigger support system while she is undergoing her dialysis treatment.

we are asking for help with bills associated with the care of Jacky and her daughter. Her boyfriend is unfortunately not able to join her full time yet.

The ultimate goal for Jacky is kidney transplant, but that is not where we are at the moment. We would like Jacky to stay stress free as possible and focus her energy on healing herself for her daughter. Any little helps, or a simple share to pass along to all your friend
