New Masjid in Fort Worth, TX. (Down Payment)

Assalamu Alykum,

I am Sheikh Mohamed Elagami, imam and president of the non-profit Elhedaya Islamic Society in Arlington. I, along with our board members, have begun our project by renting a small building (roughly 6,000sq) about 4 years ago. For the past 4 years Dar ElQuran has been one of the most active masajid in the DFW area, from weekend school, to graduation ceremonies, Youth programs, Ramadan tarweeh/Iftar, and even Eid carnivals. Alhamdulilah the 5,000 square feet building has gotten too small, and I am now buying a church in Fort Worth, TX to turn it into a mosque/masjid, youth center, Islamic school, and community center. The pictures are attached. The new church has about 39,000 square feet, the church was listed for $1,500,000 but we managed to work it down to $1,380,000, we have currently raised $500,000. The building is split into THREE main buildings, one will be a prayer hall for salah which can accomadte close to 700 people, and that is where we will have community events such as Ramadan iftar and family nights, and the second building is where all the classrooms along with cafeteria and daycare center is (the one in the pictures). The third building used to be a big car shop, and will be turned into a full court basketball gym for the youth. In this new Masjid we will continue to host youth programs and grow our youth center, along with lectures for adults, and weekend school. The Church is built on 2 acres, so expansion later on will be no problem! Alhamdulilah I have done this many times over, in Texas, New York, and NJ, I have bought churches and turned them into Masajid and Mosques multiple times.  We ask you to lend a helping hand in this wonderful project, not only will you receive rewards at the time of donating, but as long as this new Masjid is up and active, you will be getting rewarded. Imagine how many Prayers will be prayed, lectured will be preached, fasts will be broken, and Quran being read in this facility. * مركز للدعوة الى الله لغير المسلمين ونشر الاسلام بالطريقة الصحيحة التى تعلمناها في الازهر بما يتناسب مع روح الاسلام ووسطيته
* مكان لتغسيل موتى المسلمين
* كافتيريا لاجتماع والتقاء العائلات المسلمة اوقات فراغهم مع مراعاة حرمة المكان وادب الاجتماع بعيدا عن الصخب والفوضى
ثمن الكنيسة الاصلى ١،٢٤٦ مليون ومائتين وستة واربعون الف دولار 
قاموا بعرضها بمبلغ ٧٩٥ الف دولار
وبعد مفاوضات خلال شهر ونصف تمت الوافقة الاخيرة على مبلغ ٧٥٠ الف دولار امريكى ومطلوب سداد المبلغ في خلال اربعة اشهر في نهاية شهر اكتوبر ٢٠١٩
