New Legs for Christopher Robin!

Tax deductible
Christopher Robin needs new legs!
This past April we took a drive north to pick up a little crippled lamb from New Hampshire. Christopher Robin couldn't walk, but that didn't stop him from winning over the hearts of thousands! Within a few weeks we had him up and ambling about, but when his tail broke at the base instead of where it was banded, his spine was exposed. Despite antibiotics, he developed an infection and within days lost all use of his legs. With help from his friends we got him up and moving in a dog wheelchair, and over the summer he slowly regained control of his limbs. We have found a company that can make braces and a partial prosthetic for him so he can be totally ambulatory, and they have given us a price of $1,500 for one set. Because he's still young and growing, he will eventually need at least one more made, but we can't wait or he will lose all the muscle he's built (and walking while leaning forward is wrecking his back pasterns and causing his "heels" to drop - it's like being in downward dog all the time, but in sheep, it's NOT a good stretch!) Would you help us help Christopher? Thank you for whatever you can do!
