NEW KOALA RESCUE QLD AMBULANCE

Koala Rescue Queensland is the only state wide koala rescue service in Queensland. We have our own specialist trained tree climbers, vets, and carers network our belief is that EVERY SINGLE KOALA IS ENTITLED TO TREATMENT, regardless of age, cost or difficulty. To get these precious koalas to care we rely almost totally on our fully dedicated koala ambulance which has everything on board for rescuing right through to first aid and triage while in transit to vet facilities. Unfortunately just days before Christmas on a rescue out west our DMax ambulance was run off the road and into a tree sustaining irrepairable damage. Pacific Isuzu has made a very generous discount off a replacement DMax for our service to continue but we still are desperately in need of donations to reach the goal. Please we are making such an incredible difference for koalas in need who would otherwise be euthanised and we are hoping that 2017 will be the year that our small group can maybe show the larger facilities that every koala counts and can be treated successfully and released; there just arent enough koalas left to waste a single life. Koalas deserve the best treatment available and a team that do not give up on them, this is our belief, our motto and they, the koalas, are our driving force. Every single dollar donated goes 100% to koala care.
