Hello,
My name is John Barker Jr., and I am severely hearing impaired man in his mid-50s living in Pueblo, CO. Five years ago, I had a successful Cochlear Implant on my right ear at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO.
I am due to receive a new N7 processor to replace the one I currently have, but I do not have the means to purchase it after my insurance refused to pick up the whole price of the processor, leaving me $1,700 short.
I live on Social Security Disability to make a living and I intend to use the funds I receive to pay for the new processor. I have a window of 30 days to make this happen or I have to redo the paperwork again.
