Volunteer Work In Nepal

Hi there !
My name is Connor, i'm soon to be 18 years old and I would like to go to Nepal to help with the re-construction of buildings and work as a farm labourer for smaller farmers as part o my gap year before entering University for music studies. I will also get the chance to teach English at a local school/monastery
and help other locals in need of a pair of hands at there own homes. I also play the guitar to a good standard and am learning to play the flute and hope these will go some way to entertaining local people and children
especially. I've always wanted to travel and to do it with my guitar on my back will make me one happy person!
I have registered with 'Help Stay' and am organizing my trip with some of their volunteer hosts. So I need to raise 1500 euros to get me there and back and pay my daily fee of 6 U.S dollars for bed and lodging. Every penny I raise will go towards my volunteering project. I hope to raise this amount before Juin 2016 so I can book flights and start organizing the details of my trip early to keep the costs as low as possile. I wanted to go last summer but as I was only 17, I was unable to travel alone . In August of this year I will be 18 and will leave shortly after that. I am not sure as to how many months I will be in Nepal for and so have kept the figure at the lower end of the scale. And I want to give a big thank you to anyone who believes my project is worth supporting.

I truly love Asian culture, especially Indian /Nepalese /Bhutanese culture. This is a big reason why I want to get to Asia, especially Nepal and do my bit to help in any way possible after the devastation of the earthquake that hit in April of 2015. For me to travel abroad and combine this with a volunteering project is just about the best thing I could with my money, time and ability's right now.
Any amount that you can help with is a step closer and will be greatly appreciated.
