Need your help to get healthy

Some one told me once... Take care of yourself first so you can take care of others. Funny how that phrase is been with me for such a long time and I do not applied.
I've been working for the past 14 years taking care of people. I do love my job and for me is so rewarding be able to held a hand to those that needed it in moments of emergency.
I had forgotten about me, about my needs and health, In so many aspects of my life I am always given and forgot about how important is to give to myself.
My body has been telling me for a long time that I should take a break, get healthy, be strong again. And I have not listen, it is so easy for me to just give to others but no to me.
My body right now is in a crisis, dealing with type 2 diabetes, Hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue, PTSD, depression, anxiety attacks, my cortisol levels are more than double with is not good your your body,
I am so exhausted to be sick and tired all the time. And even tho with all those issues I still manage to keep smiling and giving my self away.
Just yesterday, I thought I was having a heart attack, I was working so I have access to equipment and my partner quickly check my heart (EKG) and found that my heart was OK, I was having a bad anxiety attack.
I've been searching in all the options I have, from quitting my job to winning the lottery . taking all supplements and medications I've been prescribed. I have like everybody financial obligations and I do LOVE what I do and my job is a huge part of what give me satisfaction.
And is time to think of me , to invest time on me. I found a Wellness Center that is offering 21 days retreat I will have the opportunity to focus on me, clean my diet and get healthy.
However, I cannot afford the total cost of the retreat. To be honest I fell selfish right now asking for help. I am the one that helps others no the other way around. And is time to quiet my ego and be humble. I need your help. I would appreciate any contributions.
I want to be healthy , full of energy, alive again so I can keep doing what I love the most and is helping others.
