Need Help For Medical Procedure

For those who don't know me...
My name is Toni, I am 31, a Christian, married to my very best friend, and have a beautiful and amazing little 3 year old girl. And this is what's going on...
I have multiple kidney stones and my urologist says that I need a ureteroscopy done asap.
They say that if I keep these kidney stones for too long, it can cause serious complications/and even be life threatening. I have had them for over a month now. They usually do something after 2 weeks. The stones are too big to pass naturally, so I need to have this done. There are days I am in so much pain, and just stay in bed literally balled up, crying.
The doctor saw me today (June 14th) and said we need to do the surgery soon! He actually was trying to schedule me in for tomorrow! But unfortunately I told them that I had to come up with the money first.
I need help raising this money. The procedure costs around $5000. We just dont have that. We were denied for financial help and haven't been able to get on insurance. I know that this is a lot to ask and it's not easy for me, but when I look at my daughter... I know that I have to do whatever it takes to get better.
