need lawyer for civil rights case

I was recently wronged by a cop. he violated my rights by illegally searching me and almost arresting me all because I recorded him in public. PLEASE help me with hiring a civil rights lawyer...I already have one picked but I need help paying the retainer fee and maybe other legal fees. I will need the help within a few weeks or my case will fall apart and if I win, I will get justice and hopefully get that cop fired
