Help Support Bruno's Moms bills

Donation protected
This is Bruno. He’s a 3-year-old French Bulldog, and he recently started having some very serious and mysterious symptoms. After being misdiagnosed by multiple vets, spending exorbitant amounts of monies, he has continually gotten worse. No one takes better care of their dog than his mom, Arielle.

He means EVERYTHING to  her!  She has been taking him to vet visit, after vet visit trying to figure out what’s wrong with him. Tomorrow, he goes in for a MRI.

His mom, our friend, loves him SO much she has him tattooed on her arm. Bruno is more than a dog – he’s our family. And not just to Arielle – to anyone who is in his life. He brings joy to everyone he meets, and he has gotten Arielle through breakups, moves, and the trials of life.

They are best friends, and we want to help her get him the care that he needs to make it through his recent health trials.

The Story

On Monday, April 22nd, Arielle took Bruno to the vet because he was lethargic and not acting right. This vet diagnosed Bruno with a pancreatitis flare up and sent them home.

When he was still being really lethargic the next day, Arielle knew they must have missed something.

Not convinced, she took him to another vet on Tuesday. She received a total of four medications for Bruno, and he was given more fluids. At this point, Bruno was foaming saliva and having diarrhea. Again, they went home.

But Bruno wasn’t getting any better.

He seemed to be getting worse, now peeing in his bed. At this point, she realized she needed to take him to a specialist.

Arielle took him to her vet again so that he could receive more fluids since he had diarrhea. Even though they didn’t have the answers, she was overwhelmed and not understanding why no one could figure out what is going on with her dog. Bruno has an appointment with a specialist Monday the 29th. In the meantime, Bruno received more fluids from her current vet.

Before they could make it to the specialist, Bruno was semi-responsive, so they ended up in the emergency vet (Blue Pearl Critical Care) this weekend. The emergency vet diagnosed Bruno has having had seizures.  He was given more fluids, medications, and an order for an MRI.

The next step is for Bruno to see the specialist tomorrow (Monday, April 29) to receive the MRI.

We are asking for help to get this dog well. Several thousand dollars have already been spent, and there will be more vet bills to get him healthy, plus the MRI, which could cost up to $10,000.00.

Please help us save Bruno for our best friend, animal lover, and hardest working person we know.
