Please help my dad

I don't want to do this but we are desperate, as must of you guys know my dad had suffered an accident it have to to with his spine and the surgery is very risky and expensive...at this moment he is in Lima Peru at CASIMIRO ULLOA HOSPITAL. The doctors give us hope now and we have faith in God that a miracle is going to happen I had never done this with whatever you can help me I would tremendously appreciate it. God bless all of you guys. I don't wish this to anyone.
