If anyone knows of any great charities who help people facing deportation or families who could be separated, please leave a comment!

As I'm sure most of you have heard, Natasha's solicitor who was handling the case decided to practice some very unscrupulous tactics to try and blackmail her into paying well above the standard for an immigration case at 4:45pm the day before her court hearing on 29th November 2017. Upon discovering they weren't the only ones this had happened to and the incredible amount of factual innacuracies and spelling errors, they decided to go to the court themselves and plead their case.

The final hearing has been postponed until January/February 2018, however Aidan and Natasha were told by a judge that they will need a new solicitor ASAP and enough money to cover fee for the Indefinite Leave To Remain visa that they will have to apply for.

From 6 April 2017, the application fee was raised to £2,297 (£2,848 premium) per person plus any additional NHS surcharge fees (it's a new charge and boy is it fun!) will come to around £4,000. The solicitor fees for our previous case (which they were told they would still have to pay despite extreme dishonesty on the solicitors part) and a new solicitor to take on the case will be about £6,000. GoFundMe takes a percentage of the donations so it is not known what the final figure raised will be.

CHANGE.ORG PETITION WITH OVER 59,000 SIGNATURES!

Aidan met Natasha in 2011 when he moved to London. The next year they married, and have built a life together. But two years ago, Natasha who is originally from Canada, had her spousal visa renewal refused. We campaigned and managed to stop immediate deportation but now she could be forced to leave.

Please sign this petition to help keep them together in the UK.

"Aidan is my friend who I met 12 years ago in the music community, so when I heard that they were being threatened with being torn apart I started this petition. We need to keep up the pressure until Natasha gets the right to stay." - Cinnamon Francis-Burnett

Natasha cares for Aidan daily due to a serious illness that he is fighting. He is diagnosed with nerve damage caused by a prolapsed disc (L5-S1) and degeneration of his spine. He’s suffered from minor pain up to full blown partial paralysis of one side; Natasha has stood by his side providing him with financial support and a lot of loving care to help him get back to good health.

His poor health has prevented him from working full-time, though when possible he’ll do an the occasional gig. He also has Asperger’s Syndrome which is exacerbated by the attempt to deport Natasha.

The Home Office do not deem Aidan's illness as severe, despite notes from doctors and hospitals proving otherwise. And despite their income being over £25k a year (well over the £18.5k threshold), it is not deemed as acceptable – because some came from Natasha’s self-employed roles and Natasha's family during a difficult time.

We petition Amber Rudd and the Home Office to reverse their decision to deport Natasha. Natasha and Aidan are inseparable, completely reliant on one another, and deeply in love. This decision is destroying them, and Aidan's health is already being severely affected by it.

The Home Office should not be able to separate legitimate, loving couples who have never turned to the state for financial help.

Made another video for you all while Aidan is sleeping. We are safe with a roof over our heads and so grateful for every single bit of help and kindness you have shown to us. It still doesn’t feel real that we’re out of constant danger and I’m sure will take a while for 5+ years of fear, illness and stress to subside but at least we wake up hopeful and happy this nightmare will be over! Let us know if you want a little flat tour as well! I’m sure you’d all get a kick out of watching us struggle with boxes being EVERYWHERE.

Just a small update about our homelessness situation and what it’s been like since “Ye Olde Immigration Centre Debacle” of June 2018. Its been tough, Aidan’s health has been suffering, my health has been suffering and we are losing hope. Staying with friends has only lasted so long while the Home Office has decided to take things to a whole new level with their cruelty and we are desperately trying to raise money to get a new stable roof over our heads.

We cannot forget, this is what the Home Office wants. They want those with immigration disputes to be broken, destitute and ready to be sent on a plane to get away from this hostile and disgusting treatment. WE CANNOT LET THEM WIN.

I just wanted to thank everybody so much for all the donations we are working with the council to try and get a roof overhead and in the meantime we are staying with friends. We have had so many amazing offers from people to give us a room or let us use their flat while they are on holiday and that still never fails to surprise us just the sheer kindness of strangers, so thank you. it’s incredible how one small thing like my husband getting sick can end up with our lives completely destroyed by government bureaucracy.
We are also in the process of trying to get my passport back from Home Office so I can give it to the Slovak embassy because if I can do that then I can get my Slovak citizenship through my father but it’s going to be very difficult trying to pry my passport out of Theresa May’s cold dead hands.

We are so close to our goal, I can’t believe it!!!! Please keep sharing the petition and fundraiser we are almost there!

With the world going up in flames like a dumpster fire never forget telephone another support one another and try make the world a better place. ❤️
