After years of work, and months of going through an intense audition process, Natalie’s hard work and dedication has paid off and she has been offered the life-changing opportunity to study the subject she loves in one of America’s reputable universities – The American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
The final hurdle blocking her path to achieve her dreams are the dreaded tuition fees. America’s education system is famously extremely expensive. Their students also receive very minimal support from the Government and as a result, it tends to be children from only the wealthiest families who make it into these universities.
Natalie has applied for numerous scholarships and grants to make attending the Academy financially viable for her. From these applications she has managed to secure $20,000 worth of funding from the Academy, based on her exceptional performance in the audition process. Whilst this sounds like a lot, and it is a good start, it is nowhere near enough to cover the cost of her studies, accommodation and living costs.
She’s created this GoFundMe page to try and overcome her final hurdle and raise enough money to make it possible for her to attend the academy.
