Nancy's Medical Equipment

My friend Nancy Santos, who I've known for over a decade has cancer.   She recently shared with me that the Dr. told her she has more tumors and because of that she has trouble walking on her own .  She has been using a wheel chair because she is in pain that is untolerable.  Her best friend and life partner Rudy, helps her as much as he can but is also at work full-time.  Nancy's granny and her mom do there best to help her as well.  What people don't know or don't understand is that she cannot work, with her Medical condition.  

  Therefore, I decided to create a gofundme page for my long time friend.  If anyone deserves a better quality of living it's Nancy.  I've seen her do so much for others For ex.  The Laredo Cancer Society, where she is constantly fundraising for other cancer patients in need. 

   Nancy needs your HELP and my help NOW.  The wheelchair she is using, her family and friends have to carry her and push her back and forth.  She cannot push herself because the Dr. said she cannot lift, a mere 5 lbs.  If she does push herself she gets muscle spasms or worse, she cannot get out of bed, consequently.  Nancy's mother is her caregiver but the family has exhausted many of their funds trying to help her live a normal life.

  I urge you to please find it in your hearts, if you have ever had a loved one fighting cancer (My little cousin, Prissy Herbst, who I miss dearly, diagnosed with cancer from the day she was born, my inspiration.) or know of someone, or even knew of someone, to please donate what you can.  We spend too much time worryinng about what's going on in other people's lives instead of worrying about how we can change other people's lives. 

  This donation will help our friend Nancy get the scooter she needs to become mobile.  The scooter is valued at over 2,500 plus tax and plus the percentage that the gofundme page takes.  The goal includes everything to get her the scooter. She needs the scooter right now to ease her pain and give her the ability to achieve simple daily tasks.  Imagine not being able to walk and how it might affect you and your loved ones around you.  This is why I'm asking you all as my friends and my family to help.  No one should have to endure this kind of pain, especially not a loved one
