Help Jen Save Her Eyesight

My name is Jen Gentry. I just found out this morning that I am going blind. I woke up a few days age and could not see out of my left eye. The eye doctor said that I have advanced diabetic retinopathy. Without surgery I will go completely blind in both eyes in a few months. I need surgery and treatment as soon as possible to improve and slow down the bleeding in my eyes. My insurance will not cover this as I have a very high deductible. Please help I only have a short amount of time to get the surgery before it is to late for me. I am married and have a family with children and grandchildren my biggest fear is that I will not be able to see the faces of my grandbabies as they grow up.
