As of lately, I've been starting to take my cooking a bit more seriously. After competing in a BBQ contest and really enjoying smoking meat for the first time, I came across an ad for a grill/smoker trailer and got to thinking about all of the great things that could come from owning one.

If any of you have been to one of our cookouts, you know that three regularly sized grills can only serve so many people at one time.  When I cook for other events, I can also only make so much food out of my kitchen to serve to folks. I'm hoping that this grill will not only help out with that, but that it can also help host some great student/community events and serve a much larger community at once. I'm talkingcookouts, educational events, community service, wherever it fits and whoever sees a use for it.

I don't plan on making a dime off of this - I want this to be a resource to people that makes catering cheaper, or simply have it be a way to feed folks who need a meal, students and community members alike. If I can provide the service, and others can pitch in for the food that's cooked, I think that this could be a really great resource for us all to use.
