Help me keep my family together!

Hello my name is Rose Marie (Tuti) Rivera-Fernandez the grandmother of Gigi and mother of Rosie Fernandez-Peterson. Recently my daughter's husband received a promotion out of state. He was given 4 choices CA, OH, TX and MA. They chose MA since Gigi's dad is currently active in her life and it's within driving distance.  The move required to happened within a month.  My daughter understanding the law went to file for an immediate mediation,  but was told she needed to file for the consent to relocate that day anyway due to time constraints, and transfer Gigi once temporary consent was given. Long story short, the order for temporary consent was signed by the same judge that did the hearing. After 3 months of traveling back and forth for weekend visitations and court, the end results was that my daughter was to move back to NJ because the judge said that she had removed Gigi from NJ prior to gaining consent when my daughter not only reassured the judge that she was still in her residence in NJ until temporary consent was given but also had proof that her lease wasn't signed until after consent was given. A lot of what was stated was based off of the father's word over my daughter's without any proof backing up what was stated. Every bit of evidence that was introduced by my daughter was found to be irrelevant by the judge even though it clearly was needed.  The court stated they will never separate siblings yet they are breaking up an entire family since my daughter, and her children as well, will now reside with us and her other daughter Zoey, age 3, will not be able to see her dad unless my daughter travels back and forth in which she was told she cannot do. My son-in -law must remain in MA because he cannot break the lease (very costly) plus if he moves back to NJ now he will lose his job.  She is trying to appeal since the judge did not take anything into consideration.  The findings,  judge was stating that he's a good dad (and he is but she's an awesome mom as well that has kept her daughter focus and excelling). She has 30 days to return to NJ or he gets full custody! As we all know legal fees are astronomical.  The savings they had has gone to the move, legal and traveling.   My husband and I have some help but it's not enough! We need new legal advice (they missed the pro bono mark by $100 so that's no longer an option), transcripts ($5k I always thought this was public records, didn't expect it to cost this much),  and as well justice for following proper protocol and for being a fair and considerate mom for taking him(Gigi's dad)into consideration in the whole process!
