DJ's Needs His Mom

I am raising money for my niece, Yvonne, the mother of two children: DJ & Carmen. Eleven year-old DJ had emergency brain surgery on October 26, 2016. The doctors have determined he has a rare illness called Lemierre's syndrome.
The doctors are cautiously optimistic but warn he is not out of the woods yet. He is at risk for strokes and aneurysms. DJ needs his Mom to take care of him while he recovers and while Yvonne can take FLMA, it is unpaid. If you feel so moved please donate so she can concentrate on DJ and not worry about what her lack of paycheck means.
