Help Me Meet My Newborn Daughter!
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Nick Ayres and I am a father to a newborn baby girl named Tavi, that I kso desperatly want to meet.
I was told by the mother that she would notify me when she went into labor, but she didn't. I found out through my own research that she gave birth and didnt plan on telling me. Since I wasn't there to be on the birth certificate I have no rights as the father, and she refuses to respond to my attempts for contact. At this point I have to go through the legal system to establish my rights to meet my little baby girl and if I go through the state it may take up to SIX months.

At the end of 2015 the woman I was in a relationship with and I decided to start a family. We found out we were pregnant on Valentines day, and five weeks later she left me with absolutley no communication. I was alientated from the pregnancy of the child we planned to have together with no answers.
I sought therapy right away, I continued working full time, I mentally prepared and hoped for the best outcome, and I began documenting everything that I heard and saw. With understanding the true value of the situation, I knew that this wasn't going to be easy; that there was a lack of logical thought and opperation from the woman pregnant with my child.
From there I researched day-in an day-out about all aspects of the situation. I learned about pregnancy, and family law. From that, I knew I had to be ready to expect the worst case senario from her end.
I am raising $7,000 in order to pay for legal fees so that I can meet my child. I want to know that she's safe. I want her to know how much I love her.
I could not truly be able to thank you enough for helping this cause. Please help me meet my daughter!
