My sister car stolen at gun point

My sister is 19 years old my nephew is 2 years old today 10/19/16 my sister woke up about 7;15am to take my nephews to his father's house while she was putting him in the car a gun got in the driver seat pulled out a gun pointed to my nephew and sister and said "get your kid out and give me the keys" she didn't want to fight nor argue back so she did what was asked. After he drove away in her vehicle cops where called and news reports! That was my sister only transportation for her baby she worked hard to get that car for her and her son and unfortunately she did not have any coverage on the vehicle and she owns the remaining balance of 11,0000 its a 2013 RT Dodge Avenger.where asking for any help the community can give us please.
